12月27日,哈佛大学博士后严无名博士应邀来我院交流访问,并作题为《Methodology Development and Complex Molecule Synthesis》的学术报告。
严博士的报告从点击化学合成三氮唑开始,介绍了多种合成三氮唑的方法,并着重介绍三氮唑与金属配位后,用来催化偶联反应的研究。报告第二部分重点报告了他在哈佛大学博士后期间从事天然产物Halaven的全合成的工作,并对合成中关键步骤进行了仔细的讲解,通过多种途径来证实自己的合成方法,把合成中的产生的副产物通过一定的手段变副为宝。报告会上,严博士以其渊博的学识,深入浅出地回答了多位师生提出的问题,带领大家领略了有机合成的魅力,感受到有机合成在药物合成中的重要性,给与会老师和学生颇多启示。
